Olaf advises clients on domestic and international M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. Olaf studied at universities of Passau and Munich. He clerked from 2010 to 2012 at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. In 2015, Olaf earned the Dr. jur. from the university in Frankfurt am Main. Prior joining Gleiss Lutz, Olaf practiced at an international law firm in Munich from 2014 to 2017. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018.
