Manfred Lofvenhaft Bio

Manfred has been with Gernandt & Danielsson since 1993. He has been a partner since 2000 and managing partner since 2014. Manfred has a very broad business law expertise. In addition to frequently advising clients in connection with private and public M&A, Manfred has often assisted clients in connection with commercial contract negotiations, restructurings and disputes. Manfred has also acted as an arbitrator, both in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings, and has been an investigator for clients in connection with extensive internal investigations.
