Corinne Ekman Bio

Corinne Ekman has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2015. She has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate practice areas in a number of different sectors. Since 2013, Corinne has specialised in private M&A and has advised on a large number of domestic and cross-border transactions. Corinne also has considerable experience in advising private equity clients in connection with investments in, and disposals of, portfolio companies. In addition, Corinne regularly advises on corporate law and several types of commercial contracts.
