Caroline Jagenstedt Wikman has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2015. She has many years of experience across a range of corporate practice areas in a number of different sectors, including in the areas of private and public M&A, equity capital markets, real estate transactions, and restructuring and insolvency. Caroline regularly represents sellers and buyers in corporate and real estate transactions. She has extensive experience advising on IPOs, raising capital through share issues, public takeover offers, and other capital market transactions. Caroline also has substantial experience advising real estate companies and companies in the finance sector.
