Filippo Sola Bio

Filippo Sola mainly deals with corporate law and M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructuring and other extraordinary transactions such as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including those relating to listed companies. He has also gained experience in advising international and domestic managers and investors, in the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds and schemes. Filippo joined the Firm as an Associate in 2013 after having been admitted to the Italian Bar. In 2015, he attended a PhD in Civil, Corporate and International Law at the Università degli Studi in Genoa. He graduated with honours in Law from the Università degli Studi di Genova in 2009.
