Rafael Gonzalez-Gallarza Granizo is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1988. He specializes in the areas of commercial contracts, private equity and mergers and acquisitions in general and banking and finance. He handles both transactions and recurring advice for corporations, funds and financial institutions. He has a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He has published articles and given conferences in relation to his areas of activity. In addition to Spanish and English, he has a good command of French.
