Ignacio Corbera Dale Bio

Ignacio Corbera Dale specializes in M&A, private equity, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain. Since February 2011, he is the resident partner of the London office of Garrigues, from which he coordinates his clients from the Barcelona office and engagements arising in the London market. At present, he is a member of the executive committee, in his capacity as the Director of Seminars, at the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). He has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers 2022 (M&A, London, United Kingdom).
