She takes the time to understand each client’s unique business and industry, and focuses on possibilities — not roadblocks — to make a deal happen. In her nonprofit practice, Erin assists clients with legal issues such as formation and dissolution, application for federal tax exemption, nonprofit governance and mergers and acquisitions.
