Zohar Liss Bio

Zohar Liss is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department. He acts for private and public sellers, buyers and other stakeholders, in a broad range of complex strategic and financial cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, share and asset purchase agreements, investments, “going private” transactions, joint ventures and other equity transactions. Mr. Liss specializes in representation of international clients in their investments and M&A transactions in Israel. In addition, Mr. Liss represents the firm's technology clients in all stages of their development. Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Liss worked in the Mergers & Acquisition Department of White & Case LLP's New York office during the years 2006-2013. During that period, Mr. Liss worked on a variety of large and complex M&A transactions.
