Ute Klose-Goldstein Bio

Ute Klose-Goldstein is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department, providing general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Klose-Goldstein practiced law in a boutique corporate law firm in Tel Aviv. Ms. Klose-Goldstein also previously served as the representative of a German investor protection law firm in New York, and as a legal intern in law firms in China and Germany. During her legal studies, Ms. Klose-Goldstein spent one year studying Mandarin Chinese at Nanjing University in China.
