Hayley Ryan Alinger Bio

Hayley's practice involves advising early-stage companies on a variety of matters including formation and founder issues, equity structure, financing, and governance. Hayley’s venture capital experience includes representing both investors and issuers in initial-and late-stage venture capital financings. She also has experience advising on complex corporate transactions, including later stage M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Hayley joined the Feinberg Hanson team in January 2019. Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, Hayley had been an associate in the corporate department of WilmerHale's Boston office. She has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
