Karine Fournier draws on the experience she has acquired from participating in numerous investigations to give seminars on topics such as managing disciplinary and administrative measures, preventing and managing corporate fraud, using social media in the workplace, and conducting psychological harassment investigations. For several years, Karine has also been teaching in the Certification in Ethics and Compliance program at HEC to various professionals and managers affected by these issues. Karine is also a member of the grievance arbitration Sub-Committee of the Comité consultatif du travail et de la main-d’œuvre (CCTM) of the Ministère du travail, which has given her the opportunity to work on different grievance arbitration matters. Karine offers her clients practical solutions-oriented advice on managing their human resources and working relationships on a daily basis. Karine is therefore a key strategist for her clients.
