Carlos Hugo Ramírez Bio

Carlos is a partner at the Corporate/M&A, Advisory and Employment areas of ECIJA Colombia with over 20-years’ experience advising clients such as Bayer and Xerox. He is a undergraduate lecturer in Contracts and Market Law at the Pontifical Xavierian University of Bogotá, and in Trade with China at University of La Sabana, Bogotá. He holds an LLB in Law (Licentiatura en Derecho) and an MA in Economic Law from the Pontifical Xavierian University of Bogotá, and an MA in Chinese Legislation from the University of Beijing.
