Dr. Philipp Schrader advises on corporate and M&A, banking and finance, and capital markets law, including regulatory matters. He has extensive expertise in M&A and PE transactions, restructurings, and the formation of joint ventures and syndicates, and regularly advises on transactions involving regulated industries. He also advises companies and financial institutions on regulatory issues and financing transactions. Philipp Schrader studied law at the University of Vienna and the University of Stockholm. Before joining E+H, Philipp Schrader worked in treasury and debt/equity capital markets at renowned law firms and two credit institutions in Vienna.
