Patrick Tefft is primarily involved in the construction industry, representing clients, including contractors, subcontractors, adjusters, and business owners across multiple subsets of the industry, including vertical construction, roofing and restoration, heavy highway, remodeling, among others. His practice includes matters involving regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating of contracts, business structuring, employment issues, strategic growth, and dispute resolution.
