Michael King boasts 30 years of experience in private practice and as in-house general counsel. His career began in private practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for the initial 13 years. During this time, he provided general business legal advice, structured and executed business transactions, and offered consultation on various business opportunities. Subsequently, he transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at one of the largest corporate travel management companies in the U.S., Travel and Transport, Inc. Later, he held the position of Chief Legal Officer for North America at Corporate Travel Management, a global corporate travel management company. Mike specializes in M&A transactions, representing strategic buyers and closely held businesses. He also offers general counsel services, managing clients’ legal needs across all areas. Currently, Mike has rejoined private practice to serve our Firm clients in these domains.
