Heidi Buechner Bio

Heidi Buechner is an attorney licensed with the States of Georgia and Florida, with 15 years of corporate legal experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and business transactional law. Heidi gained substantial experience while working for King & Spalding, LLP, a multinational AM Law 100 corporate law firm, prior to working as counsel for the Georgia Department of Banking & Finance and as a Partner with a boutique corporate law firm based in Atlanta. She is passionate about advising innovative and emerging businesses, as well as counseling business clients in navigating complex legal and regulatory concerns, while striving to provide practical and effective solutions that align with her clients’ goals and values. Heidi currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast ABLE Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with a mission to increase the overall quality of life for children with special needs and their families. She earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Tulane University Law School and has received multiple awards for her pro bono service and regulatory compliance services over the course of her career.
