Counsel Mccullen Bio

Counsel Mccullen is a corporate and securities attorney with substantial experience representing emerging companies and investment firms throughout their entire life cycle. Specifically, he specializes in business and fund formations, founder agreements, equity, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, incentive equity programs, and private credit transactions. His clients include entrepreneurs, emerging and established companies, executives, angel and venture investors, and investment firms. With a focus on negotiated transactions, Counsel strives to ensure that business goals are achieved, and deals are closed quickly and efficiently. Counsel is admitted to practice law in New York and Georgia. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization that provides legal assistance to artists and arts organizations. Counsel earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Georgia State University and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he clerked for Georgia Supreme Court Presiding Justice P. Harris Hines.
