Danielle Bensler Bio

Danielle practices corporate, commercial and securities law with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and complex commercial arrangements, including joint ventures. Danielle advises clients at all stages of development, from entrepreneurs and early-stage start-ups to mature private and public operating companies, in a range of industries, including energy, hospitality, life sciences, manufacturing, mining and technology. Danielle’s practice includes advising these clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and organization, equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, and general corporate/commercial matters. Danielle joined the partnership in March 2025. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys skiing, playing tennis and other sports, and trying local restaurants and breweries.
