Jennifer Smith Bio

Jennifer focuses her practice on complex mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate finance (for both issuers and investors) as well as general corporate governance matters within the entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare and energy industries. She has broad experience representing a variety of clients from private equity groups to global oil and gas companies to healthcare providers. Her practice also includes reorganizations, recapitalizations and general outside counsel representation.
