Kartik Yadav Bio

Kartik Yadav is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the Firm. He has vast experience in representing domestic and international clients in commercial, contractual disputes, technology, telecom, media and entertainment related disputes, regulatory issues pertaining to India as also international arbitration and white-collar crimes. He also advises the ministries and institutions under the Government of India extensively. He appears regularly before various fora, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals all across India. Prior to joining the firm, Kartik was Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas from 2015-2018. He has earlier worked with AZB & Partners, Bhasin & Company and Economic Law Practices in his earlier professional engagements.
