Mark Diamond Bio

Mark’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He also has expertise in joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance. With sector expertise in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, media and logistics, he advises all types of stakeholders, including companies, board members, shareholders, management teams and investors. Mark works primarily in our Gatwick office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
