Chris is a Senior Associate in the Sussex corporate team, advising clients across the South East and beyond. With extensive experience in a variety of corporate transactions, he has successfully supported clients on numerous high-value matters. Chris works with businesses from their early stages, providing guidance on funding and investment, and continues to support them through significant milestones such as business sales and acquisitions. He is involved in guiding clients through every stage of these transactions ensuring that all legal and aspects are carefully addressed to achieve the best possible outcome. Additionally, he offers expertise in commercial property matters, including lease agreements and other property-related transactions. While based primarily in our Brighton office, Chris also collaborates closely with colleagues across our other locations to deliver comprehensive, seamless service to clients
