Josée Lamothe Bio

As part of her practice, Josée mainly works in the business and road transport sectors. For more than 30 years, she has been advising the firm's clients on their various business projects, specializing in the drafting and negotiation all types of commercial agreements as well as in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, financing and estate planning. Josée also advises her clients on the rights and obligations of the various players in the road transport industry throughout North America. Her know-how in the field of transport is widely recognized, and in this regard, she is asked, on a regular basis, to speak at training sessions and other conferences aimed at commercial trucking companies and their employees, as well as other stakeholders in this industry.
