Nakul is an Associate Partner with Dentons Link Legal, Delhi. He has over 9 years of experience in M&A, Projects and Infrastructure vertical. He has significant experience in representing joint ventures, sponsors and developers in infrastructure projects across sectors such as RE power, railways, airports, oil & gas and manufacturing. He has been handling cross-border acquisitions/ investments in manufacturing space and advising clients on structuring investments and strategic issues in cross-border joint ventures. He has advised on the upsteam and midstream activities in oi l& gas sector, development of ammonia storage projects in India, and C&I transactions in RE sector. After graduating from Amity Law School, Delhi in 2014, Nakul spent around 4 years in the projects practice vertical of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Delhi post which he joined Trilegal, Delhi. He joined Dentons Link Legal in 2020.
