Frédéric Paquet Bio

Over the last twenty-five years, Frédéric Paquet has developed an extensive expertise in the areas of tax management and strategy for companies and their directors. In particular, he is involved nationally and internationally in audits, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, family groups transfer and complex tax disputes. Frédéric Paquet is particularly involved in energies and IT innovation taxation, and has also a significant skill in the corporate/tax management of structuring, transaction and partnership based operations. He works mainly in the IT, renewable energy, international sports competitions, insurance and real estate sectors. Frédéric also teaches taxation of digital activities in the Master II Droit des activités numériques at Université Paris Descartes.
