Neham has over 10 years of experience and focusses on foreign and domestic investments and exits, joint ventures, acquisitions, business transfers, restructuring and general advisory on foreign exchange, company law and regulatory matters. He has advised foreign and domestic clients across multiple sectors including food & beverages (including alcoholic beverages), space & technology (e-commerce, satellite communication, IT/ITES), infrastructure, energy, manufacturing as well as deals involving regulated entities (such as mutual funds, REITs, NBFCs and insurance companies).
