Carolina Nunes Bio

Carolina joined CVG LEGAL in 2016. She has been advising domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of economic sectors. Besides assisting corporate clients on day to day issues, Carolina has been focusing her practice on several types of matters and transactions, including advising on real estate transactions, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of lease and construction agreements, amongst others. Additionally, Carolina has been acquiring relevant experience in Employment Law, including regarding data protection issues. Carolina started her professional career at the Caiado Guerreiro & Associados law firm, where she worked from 2013 to 2016.
