Josefina Yavar Bio

Josefina Yávar is an expert in M&A transactions, particularly in national and international projects in the energy sector. She also specializes in advising investors and entrepreneurs on investment and financing processes. Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for a leading Chilean law firm. She lectures in the Master of Laws at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
