Jose Luis Rodriguez Bio

José Luis Rodríguez regularly advises large companies, family businesses and funds on Spanish and international acquisition transactions, shareholders agreements, and corporate group restructurings. He handles securities markets transactions, including the admission to listing of companies on the Spanish securities markets and on the alternative Spanish market (BME Growth), and takeover bids, as well as advising on corporate governance. He is secretary non-director of several companies. From September 2007 to August 2008, he was on secondment at Clearly Gottlieb Stten & Hamilton LLP.
