Ignacio Escrivá is an expert in M&A transactions, corporate law, and national and international corporate group restructuring. He also regularly advises on securities market transactions (including initial public offerings, takeover bids and equity issuance) and on corporate governance matters. He combines his legal career with lecturing. He lectures on private equity and the capital market at Universidad de Navarra, on corporate restructuring in the postgraduate course Expert in Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and on commercial law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Ignacio has also lectured at Fundación Rafael del Pino and in the master program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as speaking on M&A and corporate law matters at Centro Universitario Villanueva. He is the author of several publications on areas of commercial law in journals and other media.
