Gregor Frizzell Bio

Gregor Frizzell is a partner in, and a vice-chair of, Covington’s Corporate Practice Group. He is resident in the firm's London office. Gregor's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and he also regularly advises clients on complex and strategic collaborations. His experience includes venture capital transactions, securities and finance, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial advice. He has particular experience in the life sciences, energy, and technology sectors.
