Jelle started with CorporateWise in 2015. Before that, Jelle worked for 9 years as lawyer with Allen & Overy and as Senior Legal Counsel M&A with VimpelCom, an international telecom provider listed on the NASDAQ. His expertise relates to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law and contracting law. He also has (in-house) experience with internal, often complex processes in a company during a transaction. Jelle provides to the point legal advice while keeping an eye on commercial interests at all times.
