Gregory Lorincz Bio

Rooted in the local community as a lifelong resident, Greg brings more than just legal expertise to his clients; he brings a deep understanding and commitment to the region he calls home. Since 2005, Greg's legal practice has been dedicated to providing pragmatic and impactful solutions for the business and individual clients he serves in the broader Attleboro area. Greg focuses his practice primarily in Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Employment Law, bringing a distinct analytical perspective shaped by his technical background. Combining a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, he brings enhanced analytical rigor to his practice, which is particularly valuable when navigating complex legal issues. His experience also includes significant Appellate Practice, representing clients before both state and federal appellate courts. Understanding that each client's legal situation is unique, Greg employs a versatile approach in representing his clients. He is adept in traditional litigation but also holds certifications in Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) and Collaborative Law, providing clients with flexible options for resolving their legal matters, whether inside or outside the courtroom. Recognized by peers for exceptional legal ability and ethical standards, he holds Martindale-Hubbell's top AV Preeminent rating and is a Senior Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. His distinctions also include selection as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers honoree for multiple years, following his earlier designation as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star," and being named a "Boston Rising Star" by the National Law Journal. Beyond his demanding legal practice, Greg is a father of four who is deeply invested in both his profession and local community. His commitment is demonstrated through significant contributions, including leadership roles in the Attleboro Area and Bristol County Bar Associations and service as a Hearing Committee Member for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. His community involvement has included serving on Human Rights Committees for area charitable organizations, and current service as a Member of the Town of North Attleborough Planning Board.
