Marcello Ausenda Bio

Marcello Ausenda is a Director and Head of the Bermuda Corporate Practice. He also leads the firm’s Global Shipping Practice. Marcello joined Conyers in 2001 and became partner in 2007. His practice covers all aspects of general corporate and commercial matters with particular focus on public companies, securities and shipping including ship financing. He also advises on partnerships, corporate relocations and restructurings.
