Marcell Clark Bio

Marcell Clark, a partner at CMS, is a banking & finance lawyer. Clark has been involved in cross-border financing and real estate transactions for more than 25 years and has represented clients in their most significant transactions in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe and around the world. In addition to his experience in major secured and unsecured transactions, he also has extensive expertise advising on restructurings, construction and subordinated debt, as well as real estate investments and agricultural and timber funds in connection with acquisitions and dispositions. Clark, formerly a partner at Dentons and an associate at Jones Day, New York, also served as associate general counsel at TIAA, one of America's largest pension funds. As in-house counsel to the international and domestic real estate investment and finance teams, he gained valuable knowledge that he can now use to best assist his clients. In addition to being a member of the New York Bar, he is admitted to practice before the Senior Courts in England and Wales.
