Erik Vorst Bio

Erik Vorst is a notaris and member of our corporate practice. He has a broad expertise and extensive experience in the areas of joint ventures, private equity, group structures, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, corporate governance, family-owned companies and management and employee participations. His other focus areas include cooperatives, associations, foundations and partnerships.​ Erik is a lecturer at the vocational training courses for civil law notaries.​ Erik started his career with CMS in 1998. He was appointed partner and civil law notary in 2008. As of 2016, Erik is also a member of our board of directors.
