Joachim Dietrich is specialised in company acquisitions and sales as well as private equity and venture capital with particular experience in transactions involving medium-sized companies whom he regularly advises on company acquisitions and sales. His day-to-day advisory practice focuses on stock corporation law and limited company law (German GmbH law). Joachim joined CMS in 1999 and has been a partner in the firm since 2006.
