Bruce Harvie Bio

Bruce is a partner in the Corporate Group, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. He has expertise in a wide range of corporate matters and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments and corporate governance work. Bruce acts for private companies, investors, management teams and individual shareholders across all stages of a company’s lifecycle. He has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganisations, investment work, company disposals/exits and in providing corporate governance advice to clients across a broad range of sectors including retail, hotels & leisure, financial services, FinTech and life sciences. Bruce also leads the CMS equIP legal accelerator programme in Scotland.
