Sandra Thiel acts for clients in national and international transactions, with particular emphasis in acquisitions, disposals, mergers, cross-border joint ventures, restructuring. She advises institutional and financial investors in particular real-estate related transactions. Sandra also advises a broad range of clients on corporate and transactional issues, including the negotiation and structuring of transactions as well as restructurings. With substantial experience in the hotel industry, Sandra is head of the firm's Hospitality group, advising on hotel portfolio transactions as well as on single hotel transactions, both domestic and cross-border as well as hotel operating agreements. Clients include major hotel operators as well as institutional investors and finance providers.
