Katherine Reaves Bio

Katherine Reaves practice focuses on debt finance transactions. Katie represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other public and private borrowers in connection with a variety of secured and unsecured corporate banking and credit transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, distressed financings, asset-based lending facilities, and other complex financing transactions. She has extensive experience in acquisition financings. Katie joined the firm in 2010 and became partner in 2019.
