Ariel Mihovilovic Bio

Ariel Mihovilovic has concentrated his practice in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Organizations, Energy and Project Finance. He also has experience in Litigation and Arbitration and Capital Markets. Since 2012 he is a Civil Law Professor at the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he previously was an assistant-professor of Civil, Economic and Business Law (2003-2009). He worked as an international visiting attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, New York, between 2010 and 2011. He is admitted to practice in Chile and in the State of New York. He joined Claro & Cia. in 2007 and became a partner in 2017.
