Dallas Cruz has broad experience representing clients in all aspects of leveraged finance across the market spectrum, including large cap and middle-market deals, representing both the borrowers and lenders in a variety of complex financing transactions. Dallas represents private equity sponsors, private and public company borrowers, and financial institutions in acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, fund financings, and workouts across a wide range of industries. She also advises strategic buyers and private equity funds in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and other direct investments. Dallas’s clients have included Riverside Partners, BV Investment Partners, Serent Capital, Sverica Capital, and Mainsail Partners.
