Ross Little Bio

Ross is a Corporate Partner in Byrne Wallace Shields LLP’ Corporate Department since July 2022. Ross has extensive transactional experience in excess of over 20 years, advising both Irish and international clients on a range of transactions. He specialises in Corporate M&A, fundraisings (from a company and investor perspective), joint ventures and shareholder structuring matters, restructurings, venture capital / debt and general corporate matters. He has ECM experience having acted on a significant number of AIM IPOs and Reverse Takeovers.
