George focuses his practice on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development and finance. He counsels clients on corporate and capital structure issues, startups, succession planning, content management, venture funding and transactional matters. George is a member of the Business Services practice group, where he is Assistant Practice Group Leader. He is also a member of the Butler Snow Executive Committee. He is a board member of the Kharis Foundation and has served as a board member of Interfaith Dental Clinic, Westminster Legacy Fund, and Presbyterian Apartments Inc.
