Karine Angel Bio

Karine Angel, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. Karine Angel advises listed and unlisted companies, as well as investment funds, on their M&A transactions, notably in the context of public offers. She advises clients in connection with large and high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions. She has also developed specific expertise in corporate governance, advising numerous listed companies on their corporate governance issues and assisting them in the preparation of their general meetings. Karine is a lecturer on securities law and public tender offers at the University of Paris Dauphine.
