William is the head of the Development & House Building Team and oversees the firm’s plot sales services. He has more than 20 years’ experience of advising clients on a variety of property transactions which primarily involve acting for house builders, developers, traders, and landowners in connection with the acquisition, disposal, and promotion of development sites. He also specialises in planning and infrastructure agreements, joint venture arrangements, funding structures and secured lending, which have seen him develop a growing reputation as one of the go to legal advisers for residential developers in the Thames Valley and beyond. William has also developed niche expertise acting for clients in the adult social care sector. He has been ranked as an expert by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
