Barry Stanton Bio

Barry took on the role of Managing Partner in September 2023 prior to a formal appointment in June 2024. After joining Boyes Turner in 2001, Barry led the Employment Team from 2009 to 2023, helping establish a dedicated business immigration service. His knowledge and experience spans a number of key industry sectors where he has helped businesses achieve their strategic goals. As Managing Partner, Barry is instrumental in devising and leading the firm’s achievement of its strategic goals. He is enthused by the ability to make a difference and to take advantage of the opportunities created by the ongoing digital revolution to deliver greater efficiency for the benefit of clients and lawyers alike; to grow and enhance the current services provided to meet client needs and the opportunity to develop and deliver new services and to provide an environment where all are able to grow and develop their skills. Rather than delivering top/down leadership, Barry seeks to engender an inclusive and collaborative approach with others to ensure that they are fully engaged in the growth and development of the firm and the achievement of its goals.
