James specialises in corporate commercial practice with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and mining matters. James trained and worked for over 9 years in the Dar es Salaam office of an international law firm where he also briefly spent time on secondments in Dubai, London, Johannesburg and Nairobi offices. James worked on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues focusing on cross-border M&A transactions, capital markets, mining, oil and gas, energy, company formation and company secretarial services amongst others.
