Amber is a business law attorney who assists both acquiring companies and target companies with asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, mergers and other acquisition transactions. Amber’s representation consists of preparing and negotiating transaction documents, due diligence review and regulatory compliance matters. Amber also drafts and reviews complex contracts for corporate and limited liability company formation and dissolution, stock transfers and redemptions. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance, reorganization, restructuring, corporate governance and contract disputes.
